Here at Culinera we are excited to recruit a General Assistant into our ranks at Hungerford Primary School. The role is perfect for you if you are looking for a term time only role that fits in with school hours. The core hours are 9.30 to 1.30 with an option to increase hours as we get more little people eating with us.
It’s a small team at Hungerford – so it’s all hands on deck! You will be involved in a little bit of everything, supporting our Cook to make sure lunch time is a roaring success every day. This means you will support with food prep, baking, serving, cleaning and making sure your customers and team are safe.
During COVID-19, things are a little bit different, but please be assured we have plans in place to make sure we have as many as people eating as possible whilst ensuring they remain safe.
Requirements
The biggest thing for Culinera is that you have the right attitude. You need to be a happy, hardworking addition to our kitchen team and be able to commit to undertaking the training we require for H&S, Covid and compliance.
If you have previous experience of working in a kitchen or in hospitality this will set you up well – but this isn’t essential.
