This role is not only the Chef lead with overall responsibility for the kitchen – but is the senior line manager for our Kitchen Assistants, key client point of contact and oracle of knowledge. We expect the person we recruit to not only be an excellent chef, but also dynamic, commercial, energetic and focused.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong chef background demonstrating a progressive career. You must be up to date with current food trends and have a real passion for food and customer service.
